Jeanne Sterne,  Senior Interior Designer

Jeanne Sterne has been decorating homes throughout San Diego County for more than 25 years; she joined Seaside Home in 2008.

Jeanne has found that the best part of interior design is “forming a really good relationship with my clients, and taking their home and making it better, more comfortable, more livable.” And the most important sign of a successful designer, she emphasizes, “is that their home is representative of them rather than me.” 

A resident of Del Mar, Jeanne’s background includes positions with two interior design firms and ten years as the Accessories Designer with the former Silver Skillet shop at the Flower Hill Mall.

Jeanne’s breadth of design experience encompasses completed projects in a variety of styles including “very very contemporary,” coastal cottage, Tuscan, Mediterranean and transitional.  She has designed high-rise condominiums in Downtown San Diego, luxury homes along the San Diego coast and estates in the hills of Rancho Santa Fe.


Her unique signature is enhancing a client’s lifestyle by carefully choosing beautiful, useful objects with a timeless quality that can be enjoyed for years to come.
