Kathy Talmo, Director of Retail Operations Kathy Talmo has been leading the Interior Design sales team at Seaside Home since 2007. Her rich background in the home furnishings industry includes more than two decades of sales, marketing and customer service management, as General Manager for three of the San Francisco Bay Area’s most distinguished home furnishings/interior design retailers with multiple store locations. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, with a degree in education and the Management and Marketing Institute in Minneapolis, Kathy has meshed her education and management background at Seaside Home where she recruits and trains staff, always championing high standards of customer service, and overseeing retail operations and marketing programs. Kathy’s philosophy of success in the furnishings industry is customer-driven. “Everything we do, every decision we make, is pointed toward one goal: customer satisfaction,” she says.
